I have 2 orders i need to cancel after looking everywhere i still cant seem to find anything..help please.

You can send in a ticket or phone NCIX on Monday.
The best way I find that works to send in a ticket is.
1- Go into your Account
2- Click on the box that says Your Order.
3- Look down the left side were it says Customer, Care click on it.
---And "walla" There you go
Click the button â€œ your account â€œ on the top right corner of the web site. Then click on â€œyour orderâ€ then click on â€œ edit order â€œ. Then you should be able to cancel your order if it hasnâ€™t been fully processed This message was modified by the poster at 03 30, 2008 12:40 PM
Under "Your Account" theres a tab titled "Your Order"
and then click "Edit Your Order"
