Just wondering if anyone has received their order this week. Ordered mine on April 10th and no word yet. Tried to find out if the queue is moving but haven't heard back yet.

We haven't received a shipment of these this week.

If your order is from April 10th, you may want to consider moving to a different brand if you want to get a card faster.

Heard back today. Looks like I am around 50 in the queue of about 100. Patience ... must learn patience ... LOL! Not really in a rush .. just excited.

Was hoping to have it for Diablo IIIs release.

So aside from branding and warranty are all the GTX 680 reference cards identical? Zotac=EVGA=MSI and so forth.

It was my understanding that all of the initial release were straight nvdia reference with a sticker placed on it.

Here is what NCIX rep answered about ETA , sound good to me.

Hey Marc-Olivier,

You're currently sitting at #47 in the backorder queue for this. We are expecting a rather heavy shipment of these to come in by late next week, possibly early the following week if it is a late shipment.

So some may be lucky to get one but i won't hold my breath knowing i'm 47...

K I ordered one for a friends build on the 2nd. Hopefully it'll come soon.
You should love this card. It was a great upgrade from my gtx 470. That card is now in my friends rig till his 680 comes.

sorry to rub it in

I felt a little guilty today when I signed for my ASUS GTX 680 that I only ordered 2 days ago...But it didn't last very long

Your Rep had a different answer than mine.

'Hi David,

We have about 100 unfilled orders and you're about 50th in line, I would suggest to find another alternative as we have no ETA for this.

Best Regards, '

Guess we will wait and see.

And to those who have received yours!! Go play some games for us :-) Cheers!

Ordered mine april 5th, I am 35th in queue. HOPEFULLY I get it next week. Would really like it at least a week before d3 comes out so I can have it ready. Was so close to just changing orders to a 7970, but figure I waited this long, might as well stick it out

i think its a good idea to wait now that we waited for soo longgg.

For my part i asked Ncix for a 10$ refund as the listed price is now 499 and i paid 509 for is... as we are not even rdy to receive it it would be a rape to pay the ancient price for it....

So what's the reason for the backorder? I've noticed that pretty much every GTX 680, regardless of branding, is on backorder through NCIX.com. I ordered my card last week, and after reading this thread, my hopes aren't very high anymore xD

Unless you were the ones to order early enough, maybe. But mostly still a long delay.

Do you know what internet news is, google up about why the 680 chips are delayed.
This has nothing to do with EVGA, Asus, MSI. There is problems with TSMC's 28nm production capacity.

If SemiAccurate is more reliable than their name (and some of their history) suggests, the problem isn't with TSMC, but (yet another) flawed design by nVidia. Whether the base layer issues are real or not, SA does make one definitely valid point: AMD doesn't seem to be having any trouble putting out 28nm parts, and they started out when the process was much less mature than it is now.

What is a fail is that about when we will have the chance to have ours, the overclocked of supercharged version will all be out and will probably be at the same price...

It would be cool if NCIX could pass when they receive a shipment and signal how much they did receive....

I'm also dying here waiting for my MSI GTX680 OC lol...
Why can't NCIX post an ETA of their up coming shipment so I get an idea when to expect mine

Hoping to get mine next Tuesday so I can play my Diablo 3 game

For my part i decided to switch to the MSI one (not overclocked) as i saw it was "in stock" in the listing page.

Wrote a ticket to ask for a switch, paid 46$ for the difference with de evga one and result, my card is now shipped on way home!

good luck to all but i highly recommand you switch to another brand when you see it is in stock...

I visited NCIX Coquitlam yesterday and noticed they had two Asus GTX 680s sitting on the shelf. However, those cards are 100 bucks more than the EVGA ones. I also found out I am number 74 out of 120 on the backorder list, so I have zero hopes for the card coming in any time soon. Apparently their last shipment of EVGA GTX 680 cards was on April 30th, 2012.

The 27th :P A little late to the game.

I'm tempted to get a GTX 670 instead. However, I don't want one with a reference board and it seems like the non-refs aren't available yetWhen will the madness end.

Homer99 you can get the Gigabyte gtx 670 windforce OC. They are in stock, I jsut bought one. I have only heard good things about it and basically the same speeds as gtx 680's and sometimes even faster.
