Beware of the warranty on anything you buy as it relates to who and where you buy it from, when you buy it, when you registered it and what the limitations are. EVGA has several warranty limitations and you had better read them very, very carefully before dropping any cash in their direction. I would research the product thoroughly, taking note specifically on the product identifiers as this relates to what limited warranty you will get provided you register your EVGA product within 30 days. It is also advantageous to the buyer to buy it directly from EVGA as it provides an additional "refund" aspect to your warranty. Personally, I'd avoid EVGA like the plague as they are adopting too many warranty limitations, too many are going to be left out in the cold .... Australians really need to tune in on this.
If buying XFX, you still need to register within 30 days

EVGA puts a big fat sticker on their cards/boxes saying register this within 30 days of purchase, if you do, you get EXCELLENT warranty service. My roommates GTX285 had NASTY coil whine and EVGA replaced it no problem.

The reason for having to register in 30 days is because even if you don't have your recipt they can usually still help you. I don't mind Sapphire, but their support is still not as good as XFX, EVGA and BFG.

Finally, what the crap does this have to do with Sapphire, EVGA doesn't even make ATI cards.

P.S. I don't care about Australians. They don't even live in my hemisphere.
