Today I just bought myself a first build for christmas to run visual programs and possibly some games. However I need some help:

CPU - Intel Core i7 3770K
Motherboard - ASUS Sabertooth Z77
Cololing - Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H100
RAM - G.Skill F3-17000CL9Q 16GB DDR3 2133
Power - Corsair Enthusiast Series TX850M Power Supply
SSD - OCZ Vertex 3 120GB
Graphics Card - XFX Radeon HD 6870
Case - Corsair Obsidian Series 650D

When powered on, there is no beep or no BIOS.

There is a green light on motherboard, a good sign, and all fans are running. What bothers me is a Red light beside where it says 'Device USB'. (I couldn't plug pins there because USB pins on both sides looked identical so they wouldn't fit each other. There was two actual USB cable sprouting out of front case, not sure what to do with them.)

This is my first build and I'd appreciate a hand.

*Update: I changed my RAM since Dec 22

I don't see why it shouldn't work.

A few things you can try...
Take out the video card and plug the monitor cable into the motherboard video out.
Try with one stick of RAM.
Disconnect all disk and optical drives
