I bought the card above on sale for $299 (have a coupon of $20). I want to RMA it for a refund because the fan is too loud. the price now is $399. Will I get refund at the $299 or $399. Thank you

but in the customer service, it says "Due to the volatile nature of component prices, items will only be refunded at the current pricing at the time of return". what does it mean??

A noisy fan is not a reason to RMA a video card unless it is indeed defective. Reference video cards are known to be noisy. You should already know this before you bought it.
You will have to pay a 15% restocking fee.

I wouldn't ever have to work another day in my life. Just buy items on sale and return them when the price goes back to normal and pocket the profit. hahahahah. I thought this would have come as common sense.

I have figured out scams for certain stores, but this is defs one that could never work.
