Hi i'm new to ncix and i just want to know what is the calling back thing, because i didn't receive a call and i live in Quebec so it will be pretty hard to be in the open hours. Is there a way to receive my order without the phone call?

Call back is only for when you need to speak to someone. You don't need to do that to place an order unless there is something that needs to be addressed.

Oh well thank you i though i had to call someone because thete is the big flashing Request call back button, i ordered on january 30th so i'll receive my order by next week then
