Want to go from 34 to 64 bit. When they say upgrade, will I still have to reinstall my hardware and software. I had to do that when I upgraded from XP to Win 7 32 bit. I don't want to do a clean install.

To go from 32 to 64 bit you will have to perform a clean install.
