YEs your right, I'm just a cosumer like you but in fairness you should look at this for the web page you posted

It lists FW800 which seems to be confusin. It for software promos.
Don't know if this really helps you but I did the research and found it.

think ncix should review points being sent like have it hold till they check if its legit if its over like 400 or something :).. i know extra work but in the end you can stop the laundering and make them really earn the points

All they have to do is add a captcha to the weekly email newsletter points thingy.
There is a site someone made that automatically applies the points to your account once you register your email with it. If someone creates 200 email accounts and added them to that site they would be getting 5000 points a week.

But yes I do agree that large tips should be investigated.
